With this latest incarnation of the Build-a-lot game we will move all over Europe searching for dilapidated homes that we can restore to their original state. This time management/strategy game will allow you to increase the value of properties as you develop their curb appeal by adding a lick of paint and bringing the garden is up to scratch.

Efficiency your workers, this is done by clicking on the workshop click on the efficiency button
Build a sawmill on one of the isolated lots
Build 2 Hacienda's upgrade them to 3 stars inspect all houses, paint
Make sure you leave a gap in between two houses that you have bought for a hedge maze

Ok, so last update was Dec 5th saying that the next set of walkthroughs would be up in a couple days...how's that coming along? I'm stuck on level 31.
I am up to Level 30 and have found that the way to get ahead early is to Build a Workshop, hire 2 workers, buy 100 materials and get the Hacienda built and sold for $600k.
Next, start building the required houses and build the Sawmill to reduce the price of supplies.Add workers as you go (at least 3).I always try to build and upgrade another Hacienda because the rent is excellent! That allows me to buy materials and demolish the sawmill. I try to get at least 15k materialsbefore demolishing! Next of course you need the Garden Center for landscaping. Demolish as soon as all of your properties are landscaped.

Are Chalets considered small houses and Venetians considered small houses on Level 28?
What does it mean demolish all the little houses in Level 28. Does that mean cottages and Venetians?
I just completed the game but level 19 and 20 are locked when i viewed my passport. How do I unlock them?
